No, I can't see why. He stated in Reply #12 that "So I don't need the free dial up? I don't use the email any way just the forums. I'll just remove that fom the ticket then"

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

Can a staff make sure my MAC is given today please. If I don't get it today, then tomorrow cancellation department is closed and comms team ain't here either.

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

My billing month with PN starts on the 21st. O2 have sent me an email telling me that I should be switched over on the 23rd. How will that work exactly? Will I have to pay a full months internet for 2days?

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

If I add a card to my acc will a comms member be able to take care of the payments after I have moved?

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

Yes, that won't be a problem - thanks. Just let us know when the move is completed.

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

I was on BT wholsale checker and it says this.
Quote
Note: There is currently a Broadband cease pending or in progress against this line. This cease is due to complete by 23rd February 2010. This will not stop you ordering Broadband from a new supplier, but will delay the provision of the new Broadband service.

I am migrating away on the 23rd, I am not ceasing my line. Why does it say this?

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

Are you moving to O2's LLU service?  In that case you are ceasing your BT Wholesale provisioned broadband service - your line will be physically connected to O2's equipment at the exchange and not BT's.  AFAIK this is counted as a cease by BT Wholesale.

I am moving to LLU, makes sense. Thank you.  Wink
