Hi, according to message left by the PlusNet agent both of my lines appear to be on different VPs. Can someone at PlusNet please explain why this is after the considerable grief I went through to have this one moved. It took nearly a month to have the line in question moved to the same VP as my other line, but it would appear that this was not actually done!

I remember the changes being made rather than the outcome. However, our technical team are currently looking into this for you.

Yes, I was told this today. I just hope something can be done, as I have to disconnect it from the load balancer as having it on causes lag, dropouts and all manner of unwanted issues.
As I said to the Agent it's only going to get worse once the new builds in the village are complete, there is at least 18 houses getting built and I would think that the majority of them would be wanting BB installed.
