For a good couple of weeks now but far more pronouncedly in the last 5 ish days my connection has dropped a lot. Please see router status report below. I play poker online for cash and the conx issues are affecting this now. Before the last 3-4 days conx to GUI clients was stable during disconx while webpages and at times even router homepage were inaccessible - at those times broadband light stayed steady blue but has been going orange with random regularity recently though I am also aware of heavy rain through Carlisle recently thus I wonder if the exchange may be affected.

I suggest reporting a 'dropping connection' fault using the troubleshooter at http://faults.plus.net.
This will run some basic checks and pass the problem to the Faults Team for more detailed investigation.

Probably a good idea to start with the basics.
Can you hear/have you heard any crackling or other noises on the line when using the phone? Have you had any problems with incoming or outgoing calls?
As you've used the troubleshooter I expect it would have mentioned about the Test Socket etc - did you try that assuming you have a Master Socket like the one on the left?
