Hi Good Evening I hope you well and Enjoy Weekend I've got questions for you Befor I join plus.net for Broadband My connection speed was 55Meg Down and 16Meg up FTTC

Can you have a look at IP Profile on my account because is set for 38

I know my line can get up to 55Meg down Anyway Thank in advance

Hi @DJMcKenzie87 

It looks like our systems put you on a 40/10 profile based on the estimates for your line although I can see that the line is capable of doing better.

I've placed an order to change this with our suppliers which will complete tomorrow and should get your speeds increased.
