Am posting here in the hope that  it catches the eye of a member of the help team..

Openreach trenched along the pavement outside this morning laying a duct for full fibre. In the process they have ripped out the directly buried landline cable with a tail about 1 metre long from back under the road somewhere. They have been unable to find the end to rejoin it so have had to leave it and fill the hole back in and retarmac, leaving the broken cable neatly rolled up under it all.

I have tried the text bot ‘available 24 hours a day’ and received no response.

Not impressed!

I knew they are culling lots of posts from the fora, but I didn't think they'd go so far as to cut off the moderators too!

Well after an hour and a half the bot has finally returned from it's cyber lunch and kicked into life. I'm now waiting for a call from an 'advisor'.

@Baldrick1 If you are referring to the topic I think you are, it is not a 'conspiracy'  - there is documentary proof for it.
