Hi thanks for that.
It is possible it is a line fault, I am trying to find what the absolute best effort my line can handle. With the PN estimates saying 47 but then BTW saying 55-69.
Could the fault be the reason for erratic single threaded downloads? Or is it simply syncing too high for the line?
I'll raise a fault in any case.

Well, from what I can see, the line is erroring heavily, so it could be a case that the line is connecting higher than we would expect, however we'd want to make sure you're getting the best speeds possible whilst maintaining a stable connection.
It's certainly worth us taking a look anyhow.
