Re: Problem with my BB outages

Orange suggests there is a network fault, the cause could be the within the street green cabinet or beyond.

If you are using a tablet or smart phone you need the browser to view a page as a 'Desktop site'

Three dots or line top right of the browser which when viewing a reply page should expose the attachment paperclip below the reply window.

Edit corrected a typo

Re: Problem with my BB outages

After numerous phone calls with plusnet this BB problem fault is external and hard too find and fix !!! I am now informed Openreach have a senior engineer on the problem. This on and off fault has been a big problem for the whole of June and occurs intermittently at any hour even through the night. The people at Plus have been very good but Openreach haven't managed too sort it out yet. A neighbor has had a similar problem but they are with Sky,  I did load my hub 2 error log as asked for.

Re: Problem with my BB outages

Hello again.

My BB  outage problem seems too have now been fixed but it's only taken appox 6 weeks, Plusnet have been very good in handling it.

Openreach couldn't find the problem, we had a second visit by an engineer this week and he  carried out yet another test and all appeared good just like the previous visit, the problem seems too be now fixed  (hopefully). The only positive feedback I got overall was that it was an external fault and hard too find , I'd just love too know what and where the fault was and what caused it, 6 weeks of constantly interrupted  BB caused us quite a few problems.
