Yes, BE are pretty good in that respect also. Still not as good IMO as plusnet, just for the staff participation.

Also moved from Be - about 6 weeks ago. Experience pretty much as above but one other thing:
In three years I had to telephone Be maybe half a dozen times. I don't recall it ever taking longer than 10 seconds before the call was answered and I was speaking with someone. In six weeks I've called Be four times and I've never been less than 15 minutes on hold.

Another question
Did anyone who migrated in from BE also have telephone with BE, and migrated that at the same time? If so, how well did that work? Anything to be aware of?
