Hi.
I'm trying to connect my Foscam IP cam with the Plusnet Hub One router. However, I could not access the camera outside of the home.
I did register for the static IP. However, when ever I enter the static using a browser, nothing happened. Is there anything i've missed out?

Presumably you are trying to access the IPcam externally using your static IP and correct port number.
Maybe the facility you are accessing from is blocking the port.

Yes i did. Strangely up till now nothing happen.
I even tried using a no-IP application and only have access if i'm using the home wifi using the fix IP 192.168.1.000:6969.
If i'm correct the static IP and DNS would be like this: 212.00.000.000:6969 (000 is assumed a number).
Now i'm out from home. Though I try to access the static IP, it did not direct me anywhere.

Is your static IP definitely up and running?
Foscam IPcams usually use something like port 81 or 88 by default.
I presume you have altered it for security reasons.

When I was setting up a Foscam camera I configured the Foscam app on my phone with the wifi turned off.
This made it easier to test the router configuration.
I don't use the Hub One unfortunately.

Yes, it should be running and i've doubled check with the customer service on phone.
In addition, I also assigned my static home IP within the foscam setting. This is to prevent it from constantly changing. For example: 192.168.1.154:6969
However, the static IP i bought from plusnet does not actually work (i.e. direct me to an error page). For example, if i typed 202.99.9.999:6969 (presume my static ip: 202.99.9.999)

I tried connecting using both LAN and WIFI to coonect with my foscam app (via android). However, it wasn't a success. Therefore, i had to the setting using my PC.

Please see the images below. I've tried.
In addition, since i switched to a static IP by paying plusnet and detect it (image: what is my ip). Using this IP i tried putting in the broswer with and without the port (e.g. 202.50.000.000:8609), and nothing happen.
Did i miss anything?
