Can you let us know a) when that ticket was created (I understand it is a PN internal ticket so we can't see it, and b) when you intend to get to it.

I've just checked the original problem for you. Though it had been closed, my colleagues re-opened it sometime since. As yet, I'm afraid I do not have any times scale for a complete fix.

Can you confirm that the user name in your router configuration is user@plusdsl.net and not user@plus.net ?
This has been known to foul up usage reporting.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Yes, plusdsl, and has been since I last configured the router which is many moons ago. And, yes, the problem still persists.
So well over a year now...
