Plus.net not responding - delays in connecting

Hi,
What is happening with Plus.net?  Long delays in connecting to Internet. Frequent error messages: "plus.com not responding" , "waiting for ....URL" and "cannot connect to .........".  Sometimes waiting to download a page takes over 2 minutes!

wats this got to do with gaming

My username is  hamilton36 . The fault is intemittent - i.e its working well now at 19.00hrs and it was not 2 hours ago.

I am having trouble with SMTP email too.  Thunderbird is taking several attempts to connect to the mail server to send / receive emails.

An hour ago I was having trouble connecting.  Kept getting 'timed out' messages.  All appears OK at present.

Also getting FTP dropping out and delays loading webpages (including this one!!).  It is getting worse

I am also having problems with SMTP messages, which leads me to think that this is Plus.net problem.  It just took me over 5 minutes to get to this forum, which is beyond the pail in my opinion.

I did not say that it had anything to do with gaming.  You are just lucky, because the other messages show that I am not alone in this.

I've just had lots of trouble trying to use FTP to get some files from my webspace. I tried about 9 times using 3 different FTP programs and never got much further than logging in ... tried one last time and it worked. Usually I have no trouble with this daily task.

I have not had any more FTP trouble since Friday
