That is what it should be. The speeds you get should approach that.
The TBB tester is probably the best. If the x6 download is a lot faster than the single that is often a sign of BT exchange contention.

No!  If the line remains stable, you should see no changes from where you are.  Your current synch is exceeding expectations for your line's reported attenuation.
If for some reason your line resynchs at night time and later on during day time you see the SNRM figures markedly higher than 6dB you might see some synch speed improvements by doing a reset.
Aside from the above unnecessary resets could be quite detrimental to the operation of the line, as DLM will kick in to manage what it perceives to be a stability issue.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
