Question #68600921 - in PMs with Chris we arranged an engineer appointment for Tuesday 7/5/13 PM slot, however the information on the ticket still shows the morning slot. I know that it's a Bank Holiday so this may not be picked up by PN staff, but if it is can you please confirm the appointment slot is PM?

Engineers (plural) have just left. They have found a line fault but it isn't ADSL service affecting, and my latest speedtest confirms this.

They won't be able to repair the line fault until they get the pole checked for safety, to determine if it can be climbed, however there are no issues with our phone service either. In conversation with both engineers it was confirmed that they also have slow-downs on their own home broadband at night, and they are both on the same exchange as me. I've also spoken to several other people who are in the same boat.
I'll test again after 6pm just to confirm.
