No connection

Hello my connection has just went live today I've received the email to say my phone line is now active, I've set up my router in and it showed the blue light but then disconnected after 5 minutes. In the router settings it says my username and password is correct but still no connection?

It looks like you were turning your router on, and trying to use the internet too early. Looks like a connection has been established now though, so just let us know if you have any issues at all. Smiley
