Why is the one at the bottom going down?

It's going up now
It was probably left at the normal weighing instead of increased with the others.  There are quite a few of them and it's possible to miss one when changing loads.  This morning its weighting was tweaked.  We've got some working on improving the visibility of weightings to improve this sort of thing.

Thanks - there's now one fewer users on the congested gateways.
I'm guessing that anyone who didn't have a drop yesterday will probably be on one of the now congested gateways.

ptn-ag02 20CN and a throughput of 5.98Mbs which is normal for me at this time of the day
No dropped connection that I can see in the log.

Hang on I am on Gateway pcl-ag01 and I am on 21CN so are there users on 21CN and 20CN on that gateway

I was on ptw-ag03 (20CN).
SamKnows monitoring shows a noticeable increase in latency last night (although I wasn't aware of it myself).
Jim: I knew that each gateway could have a mix - it cropped up when there was a service announcement about extra capacity.

If each gateway has a mix why is it congested on 20CN and not 21CN

Didn't really notice the latency, but I noticed the lack of speed (down to ~3Mbps)

Because it's the 20CN lines to the gateway that are congested, not the gateway itself?

Could be but I thought that the "new" PN network used a handful of 10GB host links which replaced the old centrals.
I suppose it could a host link, shared between a number of gateways, that is overloaded rather than the gateways?

@ PlusComUK,
you likely need to check that your router is not blocking incoming ping requests (i.e that it will respond), otherwise the graph will be all red.
