I disconnected my ADSL filter in order to test another filter, I then couldn’t connect to the internet,? I swapped the filter back so the cables were exactly as before and still no internet, I despair at what can be wrong, anyone????

Mine has been off since around 4 30pm . Apparently there's a fault when we called, although its not showing on any service issues online. Customer service closed until tomorrow, I'm sure they will be getting plenty of calls first thing.

@DylanFan3 How far can you get towards a connection before it fails - i.e. what lights are on your router and what are they doing?
@Crazycat Your issue is totally different, and you should have started your own topic - high-jacking someone else's is bad practice and makes it difficult for anyone to help.
