Broadband light won't stop flashing

Hi I'm a new plusnet customer, just got my new router etc, I got the confirmation email saying my broadband is now live. I tried to set up the router and the broadband light won't stop flashing. I have no idea why as I've done everything they say in the setup guide. The microfilter is plugged into the master socket and everything.

Welcome to the forums, @riyadpatel . What router have you got, what colour is the 'flashing light' and can you use the internet?

If you were told it is 'live' from today, it can take up to midnight for all the systems to get in sync, so you need to be patient.

Report back tomorrow if things haven't settled down in the morning.

I've got a 2704N plusnet router. The flashing light is green and I can connect to the WiFi but can't use it.

@riyadpatel OK - I know it's frustrating, and AFAIK they don't make the need to wait that clear. Let us know how it goes.

It's still flashing and not working, I can connect to the wifi but there's still no internet connection.

Now that must be annoying. Can you log in to the router and see what says?
