I have changed micorfilter, it's pluged into test socket, I have even changed the router and still get the same results.
Plusnet are trying to cure the problem, but it seems to take forever this has been ongoing since Thursday 28th June!!!!
Has anyone had the same problems, and if so how did they fix it???

If you have it will be reported to BT as a line fault and acted on
I appreciate that those results are from the test socket but are you still using it and, if so, can you advise what the router is currently reporting

One thing you could just try is to check the tightness of the screw connectors where the incoming wire is connected to the back plate

Did you make Plusnet aware that you'd had a phone fault which I presume is now fixed? If so, it's ridiculous that the line has not been un-banded.
IF the phone line fault is fixed - add to the ticket details about the fact that you had a phone fault which has been fixed and request the line is un-banded. Then phone up Plusnet and point then at the ticket and request they do so asap. Make sure you speak to a supervisor otherwise it could be going round in circles if an in-experienced CSC agent is busy on his script led rhubarb.

The downstream noise margin is 6.6dB and if it was banded I would have expected that it would be much higher

Quote Profile: WBC 160K - 288K Medium delay (INP 8 )
That means it's banded. Perhaps the phone line fault is still not fixed properly and that's why the margin is still around 6dB, but it's definitely banded.
Edit: I've edited my previous post to qualify the ticket addition - IF the phone line fault is fixed

I see the faults team have reset the line. There's no banding at the moment but the sync rate is still very low. I'll see if I can get someone to take a look.
