I'm sorry to see your broadband doesn't work in your new flat.
I've checked this for you and as there's an active line already there with another provider, we'll have to take it over in order to activate our service and I'm afraid these type of orders take at least 10 working days which can't be sped up in any way.
I can see we've confirmed your activation date to be the 25th October on the ticket Here we're monitoring.
