That looks suspiciously like the line's been provisioned in error on a 40/10 profile.

As @jab1 says, it needs staff input, I'm sure one of the help team will be along shortly...

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hiya @mobymatt, thanks for getting in touch!

 

I'm sorry for the issues with your speed. I've had a check over this and you do look to be provisioned correctly and testing hasn't detected what may be causing this, but your line is banded. 

 

I have logged a fault here for you: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=224759220 and sent off a request to have the banding lifted for you, please just allow 3 working days for this to take effect.

Data rate:10.387 Mbps / 50.152 Mbps
Maximum data rate:10.387 Mbps / 49.019 Mbps
Noise margin:6.1 / 6.1
Line attenuation:9.0 / 19.1
Signal attenuation:9.0 / 25.3
Not sure if it will move up from this, but better than before. 🙂

@mobymatt I reckon, based on the attenuation figures reported, that you should be getting better than that - hopefully, @LaurenB 's action will improve things.
