CORGI are being replaced by Capita (yes - themwhat does the Congestion Charge and TV Licensing ) next April so expect the situation to get worse.
I forsee men with clipboards knocking and demanding to see certificates for your gas installation while you desperately try to convince them that you only use a portable camping gaz stove

If they walk into my house they will be really wasting their time, I will show them my cookers, fires and boilers for sure. It will be interesting to see how long it takes them to notice I have no gas supply to the house though.
