My billing period starts on the 24th of each month, and the 23rd Feb 2010 should be the end of my 12 month BBYW Pro, w/£3 discount contract.
However, the £3 discount wasn't created until the 25th Feb '09 (so only 11 months discount received thus far), and the router order wasn't fulfilled until the 26th Feb '09. So, if I migrate out before the 23rd Feb this year, am I falling foul of the the 12 month contract conditions regarding ownership of the router, or monthly sub owed?

knowing PN I would think so, but after that you can give 10 days notice, So 23rd + 10 days will take you past the 26th, or maybe 10 days on the 17th

@abbiati50
Cancellation 0845 140 6002 09:00 – 17.30 every weekday (except Bank Holidays)
Give them a ring. They will give MAC within 4 days. You then take that to your new provider.

@dieselglider, the deferred hardware contract will run until 26th February (you can check this in your Account Summary in the Member Centre).
