Logging in to PN account with my Blackberry Curve - problem

Anybody got any idea why I can't?  I can log on to web mail OK, but if I want to dig out any of my account info, I can't do it - just go round in an endless loop of username and password prompts.

Has your mobile phone provider setup your  account for a blackberry phone?
some dont and you need to check that its been done

Not sure what you mean.  My mobile service provider is Orange and my account is for Blackberry service; I got the phone from them and the contract includes all the usual (wifi, voice, SMS, email, Internet etc.).  I've had it for almost a year and so far haven't had any trouble logging on to other sites on the net but for some reason the PN log in won't accept my username and p/w.

I vaguely remember that Blackberries have a habit of capitalising the first letter of anything you type in, could that be the problem ?
