I received an email titled "We’re happy to confirm the VAT price cuts" and stating that my new subscription rate is visible in the member centre. Well it isn't and never has been (I pay by BACS). I'm on the PaygoExtra 1000 tariff which was £19.99 per month. What is the new subscription rate please?
