Did you try what Anotherone suggested and then a new speed test? This might kick the BRAS to update your IP Profile but I have a feeling the Chris Pettitt said this happens overnight.
Plusnet need to find out why your IP Profile is so low compared to your sync speed.

Hi Namster,
Apologies for the lack in update on the fault ticket, I have now pushed this through for you as testing showed a fair few failures which have flagged a possible remote fault. As such I have now passed this over to the supplier to test and we should see an update from them within the next 24 hours.
If you keep an eye on your faults ticket you should see the update applied as soon as this is back from their additional diagnostics test.

Thanks Adam, did not get anyone call me except a BT engineer wanting to access inside the property but i was at work..
I followed anotherone's steps, but no difference in BT WholeSale Speed Test.

It's got to be a faulty modem or a faulty port or the card itself in the Cab surely. Either that or the connection could be banded.
Something is certainly borked when the BT speedtest can give a download speed faster than the IP Profile

Agreed and it looks like it'll need an engineer to fix it - though I don't quite understand why when it surely can be done at the cabinet or remotely

I'd put that comment/detail on your ticket, just in case there's some foul up and someone tries to bill you for a failed visit. Might be good to post the Ticket number here, I believe it helps CRT find them quicker.

Customer is seeing fixed speed on new fibre provision which isn't moving. GEA, Consistency and Performance tests all failed when running KBD.
Raised to supplier for further testing.

That doesn't look like the ticket/question number, that looks like some sort of reference for BTw.

[GEA502] Data not available from OR Test.

Summary - Line remains unstable, poor sync based on previous testing, not DLM banded, needs investigation.
Next Action - Raise to BTW.
