Quote We are currently investigating a problem with the automated faults checker available on our website.
Reported faults are not being correctly handled by our system which is leading to delays when responding to broadband faults that have been reported to us.
Our development team are working to resolve the problem and further details will be provided as they become available.
Kind Regards,
Bob Pullen

I submit several PlusNet speedchecker results, which I run every couple of days and tell them that the BT speedchecker is rubbish (it's clearly written for Microsoft only use).

Quote from: pierre_pierre Could be that BT have upgraded their program to Java 6.0_07?
I think that's the most likely explanation. It also works for me.
