The dreaded 9 o'clock and again no Internet!!!! Router refuses to connect, I've had enough!!!!!!

We've raised this with our suppliers and are waiting for an update, we'll be in-touch as soon as we have one. Sorry for the wait.

9pm my concentrator is not concentrating!!!!
Ok, tomorrow this needs to be fixed, I took a day off last week to be here for the engineer, which cost me a fortune.
Now I have pretty much been without Internet for a week!!!
Completely unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I mean completely!!! This is a joke and I am not laughing at all!!!
Seriously, a week and zilch progress so tomorrow stands, if you can't do it I want all my money back and a MAC code.
I've seriously just had enough

We've had a response from the fault raised and they've requested than an engineer attends to investigate this.
We have appointments either 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm. We can try for tomorrow(29th) if nothing is available it would be from Monday(1st July).

That's booked in for tomorrow(29th) between 8am-1pm.
Our faults team will check over the engineer notes once we receive them.

Ok, just to keep you updated, engineer was here 8 am on the dot! so far so good, tested the line and all checked out ok......but then again it's not 9pm !
Anyway, he has swapped the fibre box, a different manufacturer apparently - initially he had trouble getting the internet connected....uh oh !
Anyway, it eventually connected - I have been out most of the day but since 6pm all ok, and speed is good.
I am hoping so much this is the issue - deepdown I believe it's the router, but fingers crossed.
I want to thank Chris for his patience at my rants (justified I believe), but he has responded admirably.
Let's see what 9pm brings and the next few days

Ok, I must say I am much happier - since the engineer swapped the fibre box, I think I've only lost connection once....so much much better.
Thanks Chris, for your patience and understanding, and your swift, professional response. If your boss is reading this, give Chris a pay rise...he just saved another customer!

I have been trying to get mine sorted out for over 3 weeks.
I am now being told that it is because I have a fibre line which is a copper / aluminium mix, according to the BT engineer.
I am not completely convinced, so I shall await the update from the faults team tomorrow.
Good luck with it and I shall be following this post with interest.
