Just noticed an open question on my account. Auto diagnosed as "Fault Symptom: Bridgetap Fault" OR due any time now.
Somebody must have been looking as the BT Availability Checker is showing a speed test today, fastest I have seen it on there.

OR just contacted me. On his way and is going to replace faceplate. One we have is antique from 1980s.

Faceplate replaced with filtered unit. Seems to be a "no investigation, change faceplate cos it's easy, if it happens again raise a ticket" case. Will just have to wait and see.
