IP profile is not updating again

Line has been synced at a high enough speed for 89 hours now for my ip profile to have moved to 2000, bt speedtester and PN still have my ip profile set to 1.75
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 2624 kbps 832 kbps
Line Attenuation 62.0 db 31.5 db
Noise Margin 4.3 db 8.0 db
Could I get an intervention?
this is a 10%+ increase so it should take up to 72 hours.

HI backtogeek,
Having ran some diagnostics it seems like the profile was stuck. I have managed to rectify this but not sure how long it will take to update. I will check again for you tomorrow.

It seems there were a few drops yesterday, I can only think this is stopping it from updating.

Thanks jojo,
There were a few quick power cuts last night hence the drops but the router when back up was still connected at a high enough rate and this does not explain why the profile did not update as it was supposed to.
I was under the impression that the logic used would only come in to play if the line synced at a lower rate than required for the profile?

AFAIK it just sees it as instability.
