My WiFi’s been working well until this morning around 9:15am. The hub has been flashing orange since then. I restarted the hub a few times but no luck. I texted ‘help’ to the chat box and told me an engineer could solve my problem without having to visit my home. This happened around 10am and it’s been two hours without any update or improvement. Is there anything else I can do or how can I check for updates?
Fixed! Go to the fix.
