Hi there,
It does look from the connection logs like things have gone intermittent again, best bet for you would be to reply to ticket 44497709 and send it back to the faults team. That way they can restart the investigation from the point it was stopped, rather than having to run through the troubleshooter again - though it'd be worth confirming that it's still happening with the router in the master socket and all phone items removed from the line.

If you log in to your account on our website, the page that loads after you log in should have a message advising that we've replied to your ticket and including a link to go and reply to it. Alternatively you could visit http://contactus.plus.net and scroll to the bottom of the page where the links to view your tickets should be.
