Unable to check from BT speed tester says error., getting slow speeds please help.

Hi cartman,
I'd have imagined the profile would have lifted before now, but the disconnections on wednesday have caused the profile to be lowered. I'll check it again later and maybe reset it if it's not lifted.

Thanks Jojo, I may have been affected by he manchester node loss of service on that date and time, because of the low drop and maximum rise it may have restored after 4 hours but nothing changed?

Must have had another drop???? , if this has put me back to another 3 days wait then i am off from monday to TT LLU...
