Have I been hacked?

Hi everyone
Anybody out that could look at these router logs, it just doesn’t seem right. I’ve blacked out my Ip address but the over writing of the text was on original log.

Are you using a phone, rather than a desktop/laptop? That photo is unreadable, and not very informative - there should be other entries, which may give us a clearer picture.

The overwriting on the text is how it is shown on the logs, this is why I am suspicious, like it’s being covered up. The blackout out areas is my ip address.

The over writring is because you're viewing it on a phone and how it's rendering.

As @dvorak says, nothing to worry about.

If you enter the external IP addresses, 219.77.8.193  &  94.198.197.67 here :

 https://www.abuseipdb.com/  you'll see they are well known visitors just looking for network weaknesses to exploit.
