Looks like another cunning BT plan - won't accept fault reports without speed tests and won't let you run speed tests!

Apparently 600kbps - 7150kbps is "acceptable"

As if there isn't already enough confusion with terms, during the 'testing' phase, it states that my 'configured download throughput speed' is 3000. Er, no, that's the IP Profile. On the 'results' page, it correctly calls it the IP Profile, and 2670, correctly, as the 'download speed'.

Quote from: Jameseh Yep - The service ID is your CBUK number, which you shouldn't need to enter, because I doubt you'll know what it is!
Not all of them are CBUK some are BBEU and can be found from the tickets.

If your profile is below 2000 than the acceptable range change to 400kpbs-2000kbps. I know this as my profile until today was 1750 and I was seeing this yesterday when I was checking to see how quickly BT DLM system increased my profile. It took between 22 to 26 hours and then another 12 to 16 hours for PN to follow. So it took 38 hours from a higher resync, system generated, to go from a profile of 1750 to 2500.
