Re: Flashing orange router

So plusnet text me to say fault has been "fixed" I get through to helpline and explain it is fixed because at 1 am I powered off the router to stop orange flashing.They offered to send me yet another router I tried to explain it was boiler interference with router and no thanks to another router.So explained I will wait until full fibre is offered.

@tearlec

Great the problem has gone away; sort of proves that the issue was caused by electrical interference (REIN) which was disrupting the incoming VDSL signal; Fibre does not suffer from REIN.

Although the internet is staying up the root cause of the issue will still be present.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Flashing orange router

Yes Dan totally correct in what you say the issue is still there but luckily fibre is unaffected.Thanks everyone for their inputs and it's so nice to come down to a blue router!
