Well it might be an idea if PN prioritises it a bit, there are examples on the boards here where people are going round in circles with a speed problem and it turns out to be exchange congestion.
CSC must have loads more call for similar reasons and you are hence creating an un-necessary burden on CSC resulting in poorer service for everyone.

I haven't got a clue as to how BT supply the data, but it can't be that difficult surely.

I believe the issue is not how BT supply the data, but that it is obtained from a system which is only accessible to ISP staff.

We're trying to get some development time to automate as much of this as we can in order to get the updates out quickly after they are available (weekly).

Ok. Can we assume that in the meantime you will be grabbing the information manually & talking nicely to Colin about doing the import? The whole point of this thread was the regularity of the updating, without which the information is misleading.
Do BT really only update once a week? Seems a long time if people want to know if there is a problem with their exchange.
Are the 'Major Service Outages' here part of the same system or is that automatically updated daily by another route?
