CSC must have loads more call for similar reasons and you are hence creating an un-necessary burden on CSC resulting in poorer service for everyone.

What is the proposed schedule for future updates?

There's been no plans made with me at least for future updates, but it's not an onerous task now I know how to do it

We're trying to get some development time to automate as much of this as we can in order to get the updates out quickly after they are available (weekly).

Do BT really only update once a week? Seems a long time if people want to know if there is a problem with their exchange.
Are the 'Major Service Outages' here part of the same system or is that automatically updated daily by another route?
