Re: Exchange Status Checker

BT only update once a week (or less often!).
MSO updates are driven by BT automatic emails.

Re: Exchange Status Checker

good job done - but on my Exchange, Braintree EABNT the long term list show 13 Nov green, the recent list shows 6 Nov red as the latest,  still better than we did have  Cheesy Cheesy

Re: Exchange Status Checker

I was going in Via Jelvs extended the long term was up to 13th  with traffic lights,  the recent traffic lights were to the 6th but the words said no current problem  and if you went in via the search that said and showed green

Re:Exchange Status Checker

Sorry it took us so long to get that done, we'll make sure it's much more prompt when the next one is available.

Re: Exchange Status Checker

Is another update due? I noted the lack of arrangements made for future updates in Colin's post.

There's been no plans made with me at least for future updates, but it's not an onerous task now I know how to do it Smiley

Looking back over the status of my exchange for the last year I've spotted  only three gaps (29th Dec, 16th Mar and 5 June) so it looks like BT issue an update every week. Has this slipped again in the absence of any proper arrangements?
(For anyone wanting to see the full status history for their exchange you need to go to the virtual paths screen where it shows the latest and previous five reports and then add &etashow=yes&full=1 to the end of the URL. E.g.

Re: Exchange Status Checker

Still not updated! Angry
Has no-one from Plusnet got hold of the two missing updates and given them to Colin?

Re: Exchange Status Checker

LOL - I wasn't going to post my own exchange and so looked to see what was currently the most popular exchange and linked that - all I've done is make even more popular!

Re: Exchange Status Checker

I see the exchange checker has had two updates applied.
But it has gone badly wrong!
ETA fix times are all showing as 2013!
