My router dropped out yesterday evening for around 15 minutes (has happened 3-4 times this month) but it has now re-synched at half my usual downstream speed.
Could somebody take a look for me please if possible. Thank you in advance

I've just been looking into this and whereas the line hasn't been banded DLM has reduced your speeds due to frequent disconnections so we'll need to get that resolved to get things back up to speed.
