Will moving to Fibre (not Full Fibre) solve my problem?
It won't solve it as such!. According to the estimates you would have an upstream bandwidth of between 6 & 8 Mb which is 6 to 8 times your current 1 Mb. So you would need to upload at a higher rate to saturate it, but I suspect (if unrestricted) Youtube would still use all the available bandwidth. What you would be able to do though, is to have a higher limit for Youtube whilst still leaving a reasonable bandwidth left for acknowledging downloads.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
