DSL Down

I’ve been with PlusNet since 2010, though this is my first post, and honestly the internet is consistently going down and I’ve been getting the error message, DSL Down multiple times throughout the year. I’ve now had this message for 2 weeks straight and so no internet. I’ve tried rebooting the router, restarting it too, replacing the micro filter, trying it without the casing on the master socket, phoning my line rental provider who has confirmed no faults on the line, listening to my line with both the router plugged in and not (line was silent as it should be). Can anyone please provide any guidance on how to fix this please. Thank you
