@jab1 I was just pointing out that the line is being restricted by banding despite Plusnet saying it isn't. If there is a line noise problem that needs to be looked at first.
@RealAleMadrid Understood - but this has only just been confirmed - I’m just surprised nobody had thought to check.
The autobot doesn't pick all faults up, but if there is noise on the line, there is definitely a fault - don't let them tell you otherwise.
