Hello. My connection started to drop yesterday and has continued today several times. I have reset my Router but it keeps happening. Any advice or is Plusnet having problems?
@Hawsehole Report a fault via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/ . The automated system should then run some tests, and advise next steps.
If it reports 'no fault found', come back here for further advice.
