After all this time why is there still a problem on my line.Phone works,fiber is due to go ahead on the 28th.
Last email an a another router to be sent out,got one from you last week.
does anybody know what the other is doing......... Huh Huh

Hi jld51,
There's no issue with your fibre order at all, just a mistake someone seems to have made in not setting the right provisioning status on your account.
