I am being switched to ee from Plusnet for my broadband and home phone but I cannot find any details of when the switch will happen or what contract I will be on no matter how much I search both Plusnet ans ee websites.
I am not aware that I have received any details vabout the switch although a new router has been delivered to me.
Can anyone tell me how I can find the answers to these issues please? I am completely in the about what is happening.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

@calder46 Welcome to the Plusnet Community Fora.
If this is a Plusnet instigated switch then your current Plusnet will be taken over by EE and run until its conclusion at the current price. You will be advised when in due course.

Strange that you have been sent a new router out of the blue.
My EE router arrived yesterday. I had 2 emails from EE on 2nd. One about changing my direct debit & another to give me my moving date & which plans I will be on. I had another email on the 6th to say my router had been dispatched with tracking number. On 7th I had an email from royal mail with the delivery date.
Have you done the obvious & checked in any spam folders?

Many people will have changed their email address over the years but not updated their contact details in Plusnet 'My Account'.
A change of this nature should really have been followed up with a physical letter to the affected property if nothing has been heard.
The whole thing has not been well handled.

I considered whether calder46 may have changed his email address, but I assumed (perhaps wrongly) that he is still getting monthly DD emails from Plusnet & that he got the email about staying with Plusnet or transferring to EE?
I can't speak for anyone else, but I received a letter just a few days after receiving my first email about deciding whether to stay or transfer.
