Can you turn on Interleaving Please

Just as the subject says, I'm getting disconnections to many times now, but to be honest I don't see why I have to put up with poor ping with interleaving because my connection isn't stable.

Re: Can you turn on Interleaving Please

Has the interleaving been turn on yet. the only reason I ask is that I have been disconnected again .

Re: Can you turn on Interleaving Please

Interleaving completed this morning so it seems your disconnection may have coincided with that.
I'd suggest monitoring it over the next few days and hopefully this will have taken effect.

Re: Can you turn on Interleaving Please

OK I'm still disconnecting, can someone please look into this, I have had an intermittent  connection since I been signed up. Don't get me wrong I'm not blaming PlusNet.
Faceplate has been replaced on master socket tried two different Routers had interleaving turned on and still having problems.

Your line is looking very stable at the minute:

Are you currently connecting wired or wireless?

Re: Can you turn on Interleaving Please

I'm using a wired connection. So is been disconnected every 2 to 3 days is classed as normal. I have been with different isp in the past but at a different address and never has disconnections every 2 to 3 days.

Re: Can you turn on Interleaving Please

It's not normal, but it is a very low amount. I presumed it was dropping out more from your comments.
I can see you've got a support ticket open, I'd suggest running through our faults wizard at http://faults.plus.net and we'll take a closer look at that.

Re: Can you turn on Interleaving Please

The fault wizard just keeps timing out. I got through to the last question on one try  asking my to select "my connection keeps dropping"  but there was no where to click next or ok so I had only two options click on my problem is resolved or return to plus net home page.

Re: Can you turn on Interleaving Please

It runs a line test at that point and I believe also checks your connection logs, but the test unfortunately failed. Having said that though the ticket did get raised and is sat with our faults team so they'll be back to you soon.

Do PlusNet offer Routers for sale I didn't take one when I joined, I'm beginning to think my problem amount to faulty routers

@Alex2x
Yes, we can provide you with a Technicolor TG582n for £40 plus £5.99 postage and packing or alternatively you can just pay £5.99 and take the router for free unless you were to leave within 12 months in which case we'd then want the £40.
