Hello again just to let you know my connection has remained up for 4 days now, that's the longest I have been connected. So the problem was with my routers, The Technicolor Router is holding the connection fine and the SNR stays between 5.4 - 5.9. So I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that help me with this issue. I will reply to the raised ticket and thank them also.

Is there anyway my profile can be increased. I was under the impression, though I maybe wrong, that if you remained connected for 3- 5 day the exchange would automatically adjust your profile. Mine hasn't moved since installing the new Router, and that was 6 days ago now.

As your stats show you're currently syncing below 5.5Mb/s, are you connected into your test socket?
