I scrolled and sure enough there was the link for "Member Centre" so I clicked on that and when the new page opened I went up and down it looking for "Contact Us" I even used ctrl+f but nothing. Does anyone know why they put an erroneous thing like that in an email? Is it just to look good and hope no one seriously wants to use it? Is there another way only certain privileged customers are given and if you're one of them would you share it with me even if I am a lowly second class customer? Thanks in advance for any helpful info. I am on a phone not a PC / Tablet / Laptop. And also they aren't open on the phone despite it being about 8:40am as I'm overseas ahead in time.

@Steve_j_M If the ticket is still open - i.e. it says on your Members Centre homepage you have an open ticket, you can open it and reply directly, if not, calling Support is your only option, but note they are only open 0800-2000 UK time .

Hi Steve,
A warm welcome to the forums.

I scrolled and sure enough there was the link for "Member Centre" so I clicked on that and when the new page opened I went up and down it looking for "Contact Us".
The text in these messages is legacy methods; the CONTACT US interface no longer allows the use of the ticketing system.
CONTACT US is under the HELP dropdown at the top of the page.
You can though access tickets if they are still open as described above. The PN TICKETS link below also takes you direct to your ticket history (you need to be logged into the user portal on another tab first).
8:40am where you are or 8:40am UK local time? Looking at the time stamp on your post ... you are trying to make contact 20 minutes BEFORE the office in the UK opens.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

While logged in, could you see the message. Go through your Members page setting (My Account or My Order) I think to see if it lists the Open Question.
It's been a long time since I have had an open question but I do seem to recall the "Reply" button wasn't obvious.

Brian,
It does not work like that these days - there is no link to the tickets in the user portal.
If there is an OPEN ticket, there will be a number on the message bell.
Clicking the bell displays the message, if one of them refers to an open ticket, this link is presented - https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search
I note that the OP is trying to access services on a phone ... the presentation of content (and functionality) on small view ports could be markedly different than when used on a 'proper' device.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Thanks for the update.
As I said, it's been a long time since I was in and about Questions. I still miss the days when you could create your own Ticket.
