Call time are 30 minutes again this morning not very happy after waiting all morning for an engineer that did not show. now got to wait 30 minutes to report it.
The music is a disgrace some of it now turns to loud white noise.
Edit:- Having got through no wonder it takes so long to get through. Agent disappeared for ages but did not know why the appointment had been cancelled then disappeared again to book another but could not find out when I could have another appointment so now I'm in limbo - Disgusting state plusnet has got into.
