Bt profile droping all the time

It looks as though you didn't lose sync but your noise margin jumped at about  3.18 which is most odd.
Can you do a couple of things
post this page from routerstats and also go into Configure (the left hand icon which looks like a gearwheel) and select Graphs and change the points per page to give a longer timescale

Yep Jim, sync wasn't lost, the current connection is 17:51:22 (on going).
Although the SNR jumped, the sync is still much higher than currently. I'd expect the profile to update in the next 24 hours all being well.

Have change the points per page to a longer timescale but don't have the checkbox on the summary page for Extended Stats. I'm running Routerstats 5.8

That is probably because of the router.
In any case Chris has confirmed that you didn't lose sync so I am completely unable to explain the large jump in noise margin.
The point about the jump is that what goes up can also go down and a sudden drop in noise margin of 4.5dB would be seriously worrying
Let's just keep monitoring and see if anything shows up.

Oldjim, thanks for taking the time to give me help and advice. Will monitor things over the next few days and will post any strange stats and graphs. Hopefully my usual speeds will return over the next day or so.

Just checked my BT profile and its up at 4000Kbps now, my PN profile is at 250Kbps can somebody up it please.
Here are some stats from last night, Rx noise margin are the only graphs that have any activity.

Something very odd is happening to the noise margin - it shouldn't be doing that.
Do you have anything on a timer which could be affecting it or is there a flickering street light outside
